hi.. everyone I'm a new user of Phoenics software. The geometry of my model is small.I want to solve using multi-blocks grids. How to transform the geometry to the points of body fitted coordinate? The points of block I are:P1(0,0);P2(0.5,0);P3(1,0);P4(1.5,0);P5(1.5,1)a nd P6(0,1).The block I (grids)is to be 5x15x1. The points of block II are: P2(0.5,0);P3(1,0);P7(0.5,-0.5)and P8(1,-0.5). The block II is to be 15x5x1. The points of block III are: P9(0.25,-0.5);P7(0.5,-0.5);P8(1,-0.5);P10(1.25,-0.5);P11(1.25,-1) and P12((0.25,-1). The blocks III is to be 5x15x1. I have the problem to combine the three blocks using MPATCH statement. How to combine Block I to block II and block II to block III? Thank's for help..

Try reading C:\phoenics\d_polis\d_enc\MBGRIDS.HTM
and inspecting the multi-block library cases. Also consider whether you can create your problem as one block using objects to block out regions where flow is non existant. |

Thank you for your reply. How to transform from the original size( the blockage type object) to bfc multiblock.
Regards. |
