How to craete a cylinder with slot jet.

I want to create a cylinder of 9.5mm diameter, 30 cm length including a central longitudunal slot jet of length 6cm and width 0.85mm.

it is simple,just creat the cylender in pro-E or other cad software and save as stl file,and this file has to stored in the folder of phoenics application as name d_privpc and import the saved stl file though object specification dialog box.
