Default BFC generation in PHOENICS?

Is there an easy way to generate simple BFC meshes in PHOENICS? (e.g., for a cylinder, sphere, etc.) If so, can they be saved as plot3d files (I think that's the most common format...) Alternatively - does anyone know of any freeware or easy-to-use demo programs for such simple meshes?

THANK YOU!! Patti
