Hello,everyone
I meet some problems during my simulation process.I want to simulate the multi-component gases (C2H2 and Ar) flow condition in a horizontal quartz-tube.In the polis, there is an example which tell us how to introduce the contaminants. However, that example only tell me how to introduce the contaminant distribution(C1) and calculate density of the mix gas.It is not enough to me.In my model,I should also consider the concentration diffusion and thermal diffusion in the mix gas.Do I realize it only by using CVD module. If it cab be realized by core module, what the differences between them? Thank you. Waiting for your answers. |

Dear Mahe, You can use the IPSA Full Multiphase model then specify the properties of both contaminants if you want.
