How to make domain move?

hello everyone, i am simulating the moving object problem.but it seems that we have to choose the material of domain for the moving object.is that right? but i want to set the surface of moving object to slip.So do you konw how to make the domain or boundary condition such like "inlet" move? Or do you have other good idea?
