abhime12 is on a distinguished road
hey this is abhi
I am new to phoenics and the fiurst industrial problem posed to me is cooling and temperature distribution in an electronic panel(very zigzag geometry, having bins, chips and varous heat sources).the inlet is at the bottom and the outlet is at the top..At different section from bottom to top there are 5 fam modules at different elevations .....i want to use porous media method but dunn know how to set up the problem.like if i put one block, make it domain material, use the value of porosity, then how to set up the coefficients and where to set up....?//using GUI of phoenics?some body told me to put momentum sources.....etc etc plz give a link or guide me ....
