the Programe isn't runnong on my lap

hello,

i'm new to this site and phoenics...

i tried to begin with the example in the tutorials..

after i finish all and clicking on run then solver ... nothing happen and it writes in the down window (ready)

and when i choose post processor and choose the first option after saying ok

i have error msg saying there is no file to open.....

my phoenics established in september2009

and im working on windowes7 is this problem???

please help cos i have to learn it fast cos my project have to be delivered next month...

im working in heat transfer ...

pls any help??

What is the file path to the phoenics install file on your computer?

It should be something like 'C:\phoenics' and not 'C:\Program files\phoenics'

I am using phoenics from server, not in my PC. So, your situation is quite different. Hope quickly you will get appropriate answer to solve your problem.
