how to create boundary-overlapping AMI faces

Hi Artur,

thanks for the tips. It's indeed not straight forward. I'm trying to make the AMI faces. Normally I do that using "createBaffles", which works for zones that are in the middle of a mesh....

- I increased the AMI tolerance from 0.0001 to 0.01, 0.1 and 1 . None of these solved the problem...
