I've done the tutorials but i couldn't get a good...

I've done the tutorials but i couldn't get a good mess that's the reason why i am asking.
i am attaching snapshot of block and mesh. the mesh is in solid and wire. how can i fix the problem

Can somebody help me how to block the domain attached in picture to generate hexa mesh in ICEM CFD..
