[Commercial meshers] refineMesh for imported grid? where to define the "size" in the reineMeshdict?

I think I read somewhere that the refinement...

I think I read somewhere that the refinement level is controlled by changing the globalCoeff in the refineMeshDict. From say tan1 (0 0 1) to tan1 (0 0 2). I haven't tried this yet though.
