in setup-materials- i selected water liquid as my first material from the fluent database, then my doubt is how can i input the fly ash properties, since it is not in fluent database

i am doing a simulation for slurry flow in pipelines..got stuck in between the setup module..in there i don't know how to give properties to the phases i'm using..ie, water and fly ash...can anybody...
