phoenics 3.5 and i tried in both windows 7 64 bit...

phoenics 3.5 and i tried in both windows 7 64 bit and xp sp3 32 bit and same problem in both the program opens and closes and never starts :(

everytime i install the phoenics software every thing is installed but after i click on it it doesnt open it just shows the program main window and closes quickly i tried to install in different...
