Pressure is dicomposed as:
P = PRef + Pd + rho * g * h

PRef is a constant, dpRef/dx =0, so it does not show up in momentum equation.

-dp/dx = - dpd/dx - grad(rho)*g*h - rho*grad(rho*h)
