Looking at your geometry, every other surface...

Looking at your geometry, every other surface except the mixer is a surface of revolution. Read Fluent User Guide 9.2.2.1.1, it is exactly the same as your case.

If the tank is cylindrical and shares the same axis as the rotor, why not just have a SRF with counter rotating walls? There is no need for MRFs in this case.

Is that your entire geometry? If so, you do not...

Is that your entire geometry? If so, you do not need MRF's
