You need to compile ccm26ToFoam

I am sorry I did not notice your replays.
ccm26ToFoam is not precompiled in default installation.
So you need to complile it first.
check 'wmake' keyword in user guide

it should be there:
$HOME/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-1.5/applications/utilities/mesh/conversion/Optional/ccm2 6ToFoam
