While importing the ICEM CFD mesh file file to CFX, does the dimension of mesh change? Is it compulsory to import the mesh file in cm ? If i import with mm the dimension of geometry is different...

I have selected AnsysCFX as solver but not able to find any save as option. There is "save project as" option. Which does save the file in .prj format. Please someone guide.
