Missing BC in mesh conversion from Star-cd to OpenFOAM

Hello,

I've converted a mesh from Star-CD to OpenFOAM. No error is printed, but one boundary condition (stagnation) is missing in constant/polymesh/boundary.

Has someone else seen this?
