You should look at the boiling tutorial files...

You should look at the boiling tutorial files which come with CFX. If you need further help contact CFX support for example files closer to what you are modelling. Boiling models are tricky to set up...

What are you trying to do? Model evaporation or boiling? Phase change of what - droplets, a body of fluid?
