extract fluid domain.
Create a surrounding volume (containing your 2 screws) and substract this volume with the 2 others (boolean operation)

create the face you want to extrude. Then use...

create the face you want to extrude.
Then use the sweep face tool, type perpendicular, enable twist option, and finally give the right angle
