Before you export, build a cell set containing just the boundary faces you desire.

The exact commands will depend upon your model. It may be as simple as "cset dele fluid".

When you load wall information (using getw) Prostar creates shells on your model. These shells are on the boundaries, symm planes, etc. The wall information gets presented using these shell elements....
