Cas file should work...

Oops, my bad... I had personally always imported the msh file and was not aware that we could import cas files also. Even after all these years, I am still learning more about what ICEM CFD can do....

Import the Fluent *.msh file

Yes, you can see and work with mesh all on its own in ICEM CFD. Geometry is not required, but it does make things easier. Geometry can be extracted from the mesh.
