ANSYS Prep7? ANSYS Meshing in Workbench? What kind of file are you outputting? An ANSYS input deck (*.in) or an ANSYS CDB file?

In Workbench, you should be able to connect a Fluent system...

I think the problem is something other than mesh...

I think the problem is something other than mesh count... I personally know users who have generated 40 million cells in ANSYS Meshing (on a 64 bit machine), and routinely users generate in the 10...
