if you have opened the results file which contains all the transient results, then all the transient results will already be in post. You would only have to add them if they weren't there already. ...

Add the timesteps in CFD-Post.
Create a transient chart.
put X axis as time, Y as what you want to evaluate (create expression for massflow)
you can then export this into excel if you wish.
