HaHa, Yes, you will definately not want to use the "stock cooler" with the i7-3820, as it doesn't even come with one, pretty sure you would have overheating problems :)

You may want to consider getting faster memory...

You may want to consider getting faster memory since it should cost very little more.
Storage drive will probably be needed as well.

I would probably go with option 1, you could save some...
