i guess you are using icem cfd ? import the geometry using workbench reader... of course the tin file does not exist because you don't have one, this happens when you click on import geometry . try...

hmm it should not be a problem... you can import...

hmm it should not be a problem... you can import directly part file file of solidwork in designmodeler, try it ! i can't verify your file since i dont have access to solidworks here...
