You are getting there! You need to change 'BRA'...

You are getting there! You need to change 'BRA' to 'BRAH'. BRA defines a cylindrical baffle at R=BRA, while BRAH limits the baffle extent to R<BRAH. Sorry, i did not notice this error yesterday.

Flux surface or not does not matter. Baffles should always be shown on 2D plots as lines. See if you can see it there.

Also, when defining baffles you only need bx, by or bz, but not all of them....

You should be able to see them after importing the baffles using the Tools menu in Display.
