errors when installing OF-1.6

Sorry to disturb, but I would like to know if anyone has encountered the problem.
when I "tar xzf OpenFOAM-1.6.linuxGccDPOpt.gtgz", it stopped with:
gzip: stdin:invalid compressed data--format...
