No, I did not solve the problem. I finally used a very fine mesh around my structure, but without any boundary layers. It should be possible as other people managed to do so.

Dear all,

I created the snappyHexMesh file to mesh around a structure. Everything works fine until I want to add layers around the boundary of the .stl. Nothing happens so I wonder if other people...
