Now I got you; but do you think it is feasible to display particle (a 3D medium) on a plane which is a 2D space? That's probably why Fluent doesn't have any option to track particles on a plane.

Go to Graphics and Animation>Particle Tracks ...

Go to Graphics and Animation>Particle Tracks
Then choose "point" from "Style" drop down panel and select "Particle Variables..." from "Color by". The only remaining part is to select the property...
