I think I already told you what to do:
Use the naming convention I mentioned above in your Icem project.
Export the mesh to fluent fomat
Run fluent3dMeshToFoam on the exported mesh.

Icem should be able to export the mesh to Fluent format. Afterwards you can use fluent3DMeshToFoam. It handles multiple regions well. If you prefix the internal faces with inte_* they are properly...
