workaround found

I succeeded in calculating the volumeflow.
For this I used 2 steps:
1) I used the sample utility to calculate a surface
2) in Octave (Mathlab) I limited the surface to the values inside the hole...

Thanks Kale for the suggestion. It took me 4 days to get the results, so I am looking for a post processing step to get the volume flow.
Any suggestion?:confused:
