AND after i have generated the frames how can i...

AND after i have generated the frames how can i convert them into a video format...The MPEG option in the playback window plays it very fast and there is no option to modify the frame rate...so...

I have tried doing this on FLUENT and i am getting a decent result.
But can please anyone suggest me the best solver to be used in such a case.
