No if you do "echo $LD_LIBRARY_PATH" then the path should be ONE component there. If not append it with

setenv LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$LD_LIBRARY_PATH:$FOAM_USER_LIBBIN

but resetting the path the way...

Is /share/mvaish/OpenFOAM/mvaish-2.2.2/platforms/linux64GccDPOpt/lib/ in your LD_LIBRARY_PATH? (that is necessary for OF to find it. Usually the etc/bashrc of the distro should set this correctly)...
