thanks ,i am chinese, whicn mean that i cannot see youtue. i know what you see ,but the surafce is three dimentional ( curved surface)

hi guys
i have a question,how can i move vertex just on the surface IN icem ? sometiomes,when i adjust the loacation of vertex to meet the geometry,i just think if i can just move vertex on...
