the .cas.gz is a compressed format using gzip....

the .cas.gz is a compressed format using gzip. Fluent on windows 7 will handle that fine.

sol dual-time it 10000 20 # iterates unsteady 10K 20 its per timestep.

Your best bet is to save images...
