The files I attached was before I fixed the mesh. That is why those images you posted look wrong, just like the images I posted near the start of this topic. Now, I have fixed the mesh

Far, attached is zipped my *.tin and *.blk files for the mesh without the fix so you can see this and compare with your geometry.

Found out how to do it:

Blocking > Associate > Associate Vertex > Enitity = Self
