Hi Tobi,

what I meant was to increase the write-precision and not the time-precision. At least that helps me a lot when restarting simulations.
Perhaps you could also try with larger time-steps....

Hi Tobi,

seems to me as your problem might arise due to the initial conditions of p. In your final solution the p field should be close to the hydrostatic field and p_rgh close to constant....
