demangle.h is indeed part of t

demangle.h is indeed part of the binutils source file, but doesn't get installed when installing binutils.

I wish I could simply say

emerge openfoam

but

equery belongs `locate -r '\<demangle.h\>'`

'equery' is part of the genoolkit package....
