ABAQUS export nastran file in .bdf format but...

ABAQUS export nastran file in .bdf format but pointwise import .nas file.
the type of mesh is hex. but it can be tri also.... what i want is similar surface mesh for both abaqus and pointwise.... ...

hi

is there any way to import tecplot grid file in pointwise or gridgen....

actually i have grid file generated by abaqus and i want it to open in pointwise.... i thought tecplot will help...
