sorry, it gets confusing when putting into written word.

essentially my question is this: is there a way to make the heat flux come off a wall at an angle other than normal to that wall?

does anyone know if it is possible to impose a heat flux to a circle as a function of a circle's angle.

in other words, suppose you have a 2d tube, and you want to impose a heat flux...
