You are defining two outlets, outlet1 and outlet2...

You are defining two outlets, outlet1 and outlet2 on the same face. Its not allowed. I dont know what you want to achive but...

..there was a way to define 2 boundary in the same area (not face):...

Two options:
1. This an internal face and its not allowed to do this.
2. You messed something with point-order in blocks.

Give us more information, sent ur blockMeshDict file or simply paste it...

Do you use mergePatchPairs() for connect both faces, the old one made of old vertices and the new one made of multiped vertices ?
