Given that new forum users tend to: Not read the forum instructions. And stay away from the "Advanced" features for posting here on the forums. Therefore I would like to request that at least the "#" (code) button and the "Manage Attachments" button could be made available by default on the "Quick Reply" page area. Also, a "How does this work" link could also prove to be priceless! If this is already made available on the v4 system (the one that is in the works), then I guess it can wait...
