i know this might seem quite dumb, but i do not know how to post a new question on this forum. Any help?

http://www.cfd-online.com/Forums/sit...k-discussions/ is the appropriate Forum for that kind of question. It is rather unpolite to hijack an existing conversation with a completely unrelated question (in real life as well as here)

BTW: you never wondered what the "New Thread" button in the thread list might be for?
