finding messages before the forum change in 2009
 

Dear Admins

1. Is there a way to search messages by user names prior to the forum change on March 2009?
2. Related to the above: Can you relate my own old posts (appearing with the user name "Rami Guest Posts: n/a") to my prevailing user name (Rami)? I vaguely remember some old posts that I cannot find now.

Before we switched forum software in 2009 CFD Online did not have a user database. Hence, there is no easy way to relate old messages from the old forum on CFD Online to the new users in the new forum. In the old forums several users could just enter the same nick-name. The old OpenFOAM forum that we also ran did have a user database and those users have been transferred correctly, I hope.
