Default mixing efficiency v/s length graph

I am working with Y-Section micro-channel.
I want to plot mixing efficiency versus length of channel graph. There are two inlets, from one there is cold water at 298.15 K flowing in and from other hot water at 353.15 K .
How to monitor and plot mixing of this process?
