somebody know what happened in the mesh? At the beginning is perfect but in the another union we can see my problem

Did you use surface wrapper? If so, are you forced to use it?

This looks similar to a problem I get when I have "retain geometric features" under the Surface Remesher on. Perhaps try disabling that and remeshing?

I have started turning that feature off on all meshes I make.
