I want to used the phisic model AIPWS-IF95, someone could said where I find the tables of thermal conductivity and dinamic viscosity because I should set these inicial condictiones of the water, I do not want to used constants values for this properties by default

I think you can add a new material with the specic properties, then use that material in the simulation. how to do that, to go to the tools and then material, search there you will find how to add.
