I don't know the Autodesk CFD simulation, but you can rely on Star-CCM+.
Of course, the accuracy strongly depends on your setup. It begins with the geometry (is it simplified?), goes over the mesh (discretisation errors, mesh quality) to the boundary conditions (precisely specified, well known, far enough away from the region of interest?). But that's the same for both codes. Also you should not expect to hit any measurement values by 0.00001%, and that's also the same for both codes. No commercial code will do that.
