mesh problem

This is my geometry:

When I mesh with trimmer using a volumetric control around it:

Scalar plot:

Why does the mesh seem to intersect like that and create those lines? Those geometries are not overlapping, but they are touching (mated in SolidWorks). Also, in the original geometry the corners are rounded by when it gets meshed it gets 'truncated'. How to fix this?

feature curves

Hello,
just check in the contour plots - which parts u have included. if feature curves are there in the parts, just remove those and check it again and it will helpful.
