Multiphase visualisation & bubble entrainment

I am doing some work simulating the flow through a spillway, and I came across this video showing oil sloshing in a moving tank:

How can I get a similarly smooth view of water in a multiphase system? I would have though there could be an option to literally just view the liquid, and not the air etc, but it seems this is not an option. At the moment I use an isosurface showing the fraction of H20 from 0.5 to 1.

Also, my final project will be simulating liquid falling from considerable heights, and the likely end result will be bubbles entraining in the water, is STAR-CCM+ capable of simulating this? If so, are there any guides or such to help me on my way?

Cheers for your help!
